December Product Update: Connect Your Own Domain

Happy holidays!

Our team has been working hard to improve our marketing tools. We’re committed to putting out the best software to help you succeed with external traffic, and grow a thriving brand on Amazon.

In our latest product update, we’re shipping a feature that makes our best-in-class landing pages even more powerful.

You can now connect your domain in LandingCube, so you can publish landing pages from a custom subdomain.

We host your landing pages on our servers, published by default at the subdomain pages@landingcube.com.

By adding a record with your domain provider, you can instead publish your landing page to a custom subdomain like deals.mybrand.com.

This is one of the most requested features we’ve had, and we’re extremely happy to get this out for our users.

How to Connect Your Domain in LandingCube

To start using a custom subdomain, you’ll need access to the DNS settings for your domain. This is usually done through your web host or domain registrar (where you bought the domain).

If your domain is already hosted, it’s best to add records with your web host.

Add your subdomain in your LandingCube account settings:

Common subdomains might be “pages.site.com” or “go.site.com”.

Once you add your subdomain, you’ll need to add a CNAME record to your DNS provider, to allow the domain to point to our servers.

View our help article for full instructions on adding the CNAME record.

Once you’ve added the record and our app has registered that the domain is connected, you’ll be able to publish landing pages to this new subdomain.

We’re going to keep adding features throughout this year, so stay posted for more updates!

If there’s anything you’d love to see added to our suite of marketing tools, get in touch with us – we’d love to hear what you think!
