Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I start a free trial?
You’ll enjoy unlimited access to all the tools included in your chosen LandingCube plan, so you can experience how our software can help build your business. Create landing pages with no limits on: the amount of traffic, the number of promo codes you distribute, or the number of emails you collect and add to your list. You’ll get to use LandingCube free for 21 days!
Which marketplaces does LandingCube support?
LandingCube works seamlessly with Amazon USA, UK, CA, MX, DE, ES, IT, FR, IN, SG and AU. Campaigns for French, Italian, Spanish and German-speaking marketplaces will be automatically translated.
How do I get traffic to my LandingCube campaigns?
The potential sources of traffic are numerous. Facebook and Google Ads are the most common among our successful users. This is a good place to start, and we have some helpful content to get you started with Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
If you have an email list, this is typically the most cost-effective traffic source. But if you don’t, no problem. You can drive traffic to your LandingCube campaigns from wherever your likely customers are hanging out online - social media, deal sites & groups, blogs, forums, etc.
Is LandingCube compliant with Amazon’s terms of service?
Yes, LandingCube is fully compliant with Amazon’s terms of service.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Users can connect their own domain to LandingCube, to publish campaigns from a custom subdomain.
Will I be charged? Is it really "free"?
Free really is free. When you start a trial, you’ll have 21 days to see all LandingCube can do, for free. At the end of the trial period, if you love LandingCube, like many Amazon sellers before you, your paid subscription will kick in and your card will be charged. If you don’t love LandingCube, you can cancel before your trial is over and you won’t be charged a cent.
Why do I need to provide my credit card information?
We require credit card information for two primary reasons:
1) to prevent fraud,
2) to avoid any interruption to active ad campaigns if you continue using LandingCube after the trial period expires.
What happens when my LandingCube free trial ends?
After your 21-day trial period ends, your paid subscription will kick in. You’ll be charged based on the plan & billing cycle of your choice. We’ll email you a few days before the trial expires with a reminder.
How do I cancel my trial before it ends?
We’d love to see you stay, but you can cancel your subscription at any time from the LandingCube app. When logged in, navigate to Account Settings and click on ‘Membership’ and then ‘Cancel membership’.
